I have been promoting this class and it’s one thing fo rme to talk about it, it’s a whole other thing to EXPERIENCE THE WORK FOR YOURSELF.
What is SAH METHOD? SAH stands for Somatic Activated Healing. the body remembers everything you mind has tried to move past. Old stressors, old fears, old moments of “pushing through”. That leftover tension doesn’t disappear. It gets stored in your nervous system, showing up as tightness, anxiety, numbness, feeling disconnected from your body or exhaustion.
SAH method is a simple daily practice of movement, breath, sound and stillness that helps the body process and release that stored stress instead of mentally looping about it. You dont need to be flexible, coordinated or “good at dance”. You just need to show up and allow your body to move the way it wants to guided by a few key techniques that signal safety to your nervous system.
This isn’t a one and done, big breakthrough sort of class. Through repeated daily practice, as little as 15 min. a day, your body learns it’s allowed to relax, feel and come back home to itself. Over time that repetition rewires how your body responds to stress. Less bracing, less numbness, more presence and ease in your own skin.
